Snapdragon 8 Gen 1
Last time, Zenfone 8 had SD888 processor. As of now, we are hoping for Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 to administer Zenfone 9. The premium model would go up to 16GB RAM and 256GB Storage.

2022 is a year of Android 12 smartphones and Zenfone 9 Pro would follow up. A new ZenOS version may come pre-installed.

According to rumors, Zenfone 9 would have a Triple Camera setup, and the primary lens is 64MP. It will allow 8k video recording and Slow-mo at 480fps.
