120Hz Display
Xiaomi 12 Mini is said to have a 6.2-inch AMOLED display, QHD resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. There are high chances we could see Android 12 OS, having a FuntouchOS interface.
Qualcomm SD778 chip
Rumors are suggesting Xiaomi 12 Mini be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 processor. It could arrive in 8GB RAM and two storage variants of 128GB and 256GB.
64MP Main Lens or Dual 50MP
We have heard that Xiaomi 12 Mini may equip a Triple Camera system and the primary lens could be 64MP. In either case, it will have Dual 50MP sensors. It will support EIS and 8k video shooting.
